I Kavya Burla born and raised in Hyderabad, India am a Computer Engineer who always find immense happiness when I cook and serve people.
This is how I was encouraged by my dear Friends & Family that I need to look for a profession in this field that I love to do.
Through my work in food I create and share traditional Indian dishes with exciting flavours and ingredients that are reflective of my upbringing and heritage.
My approach to cooking is simple and enticing with the use of earthy spices, fresh herbs & blends that are synonymous with India, based around dishes that are accessible and recipes are cooked from communities across India.
